Case Study: My Own Project

The Project: I built a travel media ecosystem from scratch (Velvet Journeys) to prove that a content-heavy site can be lightning fast without heavy frameworks.

The Solution: Replaced heavy frameworks with Vanilla JS, implemented a custom Service Worker for caching, optimized all images with `` + `fetchpriority="high"`, and deferred tracking scripts.

The Result: Achieved Desktop PageSpeed 99/100 and Mobile 83/100. Desktop LCP is 0.58s, CLS is 0.00, and TBT is 0ms. The site now runs on a PWA architecture with full Schema.org markup.
